"아름다운 자연과 신비로운 자연 현상이 주는 예술적 영감들, 그러한 추상적인 개념을 표현하기 위해 나는 사각형, 원, 선과 같은 가장 간단하고 원시적인 형태들을 이용한다.
그리고 작품이 가진 색채의 상징적인 의미와 느낌들을 통하여 각각의 그림에 투영된 나의 감정과 분위기를 표현한다.
같은 작품을 보며 저마다의 해석이 다를 수도 있겠지만, 내가 작품으로 나타내고자 하는 감정은 사람들에게 형언 할 수 없는 공감으로 전해지길 바란다."

"I get artistic inspirations from beautiful nature and mystical natural phenomena. 
To express such abstract concepts, I use the simplest and most primitive shapes such as rectangles, circles and lines.
And through the symbolic meaning and feeling of the colors of the work, I deliver my feelings and atmosphere reflected in my painting.
While looking at the same art work, people may interpret it differently, but I hope that my emotions expressed in my paintings are conveyed to the viewers with indescribable sympathy."
